Administration staff urgently needed to Sawan Travel / Sunsearch Thailand

Job descriptions:

• Update Spreadsheet with hotel / golf & transfer prices to forward to business partners & clients of Sawan Travel
• Uploading & updating hotels, tours etc to our website(s) on a daily / weekly basis.
• Record all activities & sales in the log book and on a daily basis.
• Translating between English & Thai / Thai & English when needed.
• Cooperating with all colleagues in trying to achieve good work environment, high earnings and mutual respect

Qualifications needed:

• Able to work in Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook & Excel
• Knowledge of working with foreigners is a benefit, but not a necessity
• On a regular basis ensure that our contracts with all our business partners are up to date.

• คอยอัพเดตข้อมูลของโรงแรมต่างๆ ราคาของการเดินทาง หรือแม้แต่ข้อมูลต่างๆของทางบริษัทอยู่สม่ำเสมอ
• คอยอัพโหลด และอัพเดต ข้อมูลของโรงแรม ทัวร์ บนเว็บไซดฺ เป็นรายวันหรือรายสัปดาห์
• แปลข้อมูลจากอังกฤษเป็นไทย หรือแปลจากไทยเป็นอังกฤษ เพื่อสะดวกในการสื่อสาร
• การให้ความร่วมมือกับทางเราในงานอย่างนี้ คุณจะสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเคารพในการทำงานซึ่งกันและกัน

คุณสมบัติ:

• สามารถทำงานใน Microsoft Office เช่น Word, Outlook และ Excel
• ความรู้การทำงานกับชาวต่างชาติเป็นประโยชน์ แต่ไม่จำเป็น
• เป็นประจำให้แน่ใจว่าสัญญาของเรากับคู่ค้าทางธุรกิจของเรามีถึงวันที่
