Hua Hin beach is quite long, stretching from Hua Hin Airport in the north all the way to Khao Takiab in the south is known for its breathtaking sunrises.
Being as long as it is you will always be able to find a quiet spot. You can
walk almost the entire stretch apart from the middle section which is sealed off
as it is the property of "Klai Klangwol" or "Far from worries" where
his Majesty the King now spends most of his time.
In the centre of Hua Hin it is possible to take a pony ride, or just relax in one of the many sunchairs available for a little fee.
Should you get hungry you can grab a piece of fruit from one of the many sellers walking on the beach, or walk to one of the small food vendors located directly on the beach and order a delicious thai dish starting from 20 baht.
South of the city, close to Khao Takiab you can do water sports such as parasailing, water skiing or jet skiing. Hua Hin, and the west coast of the Gulf are further well know for windsurfing for its strong northeasterly winds.
