At Bio Plus Pest Control we offer and “evolution of pest control” through our professional service to prevent or eliminate insects and rodents for your home or business.  All of our services include a thorough inspection of the entire area to be treated, indoor and outdoor spraying of all areas where termite, ant, cockroach, or other insect infestation may occur, routine inspections to maintain a satisfactory result of service, as well as recommendations for ongoing protection and ways to eliminate the causes of future infestation.

For termite protection we can perform soil treatment, sub-soil treatment, pipe treatment, termicide powder treatment to eliminate the spread of termites, routine inspection for infestation, and facilities installation to prevent future infestation.  We can install a treatment system underneath new construction or an existing home or the Exterra in ground refillable canister system around your home for the ongoing prevention of termite infestation.

For ant protection, in addition to indoor and outdoor monthly spraying, we provide a dust application for hard to reach areas where normal spray cannot be used such as in the electrical switch board, air conditioners, and cracks and crevices.

For Cockroaches, in addition to indoor and outdoor monthly spraying concentrated on infestated areas and food sources, we provide dust application for hard to reach areas, follow-up and re-treatment as necessary.

Additionally, we offer many methods of elimination and prevention of rodent infestation including sticky board trapping, snap trap, live trap, as well as application of chemical treatments to relieve the customer premises of rats or mice.

TERMITES

1. Thoroughly inspection of the whole areas to be treated.
2. Indoor & outdoor spray along the appons, cracks, crevices and infested area.
3. Drill the holes at critical point on the floor and inject termiticide into the soil (Initial Treatment)
4. Termiticide powder treatment to eliminate the spreading of termites.
5. Routine inspection at critical areas for termite infestation.
6. Provide the general recommendation on fundamental termite control such as facilities installation, storage, stacking or house-keeping.

CHEMICAL USE: Fipronil, Cypermethrin, Benidiocarb.

ANTS

1. Thoroughly inspection of the whole areas to be treated.
2. Indoor & outdoor spray around the building concentrated on infested areas, Food foraging area, water supply and Harbourage.
3. Dust application in hard to reach area, area where normal spray cannot treat, electrical switch board, air conditioner, cracks, cravices or dust accumulated area.
4. Routine inspection to maintain satisfactory result of service.
5. Provide recommendation and requested for the cooperation on sanitation to eliminate food/water sources and harbourage.

CHEMICAL USE: Deltamethrin, cypermethrin.

COCKROACHES

1. Thoroughly inspection of the whole areas to be treated.
2. Indoor & outdoor spray around the building concentrated on infested areas, food sources and the area where evidences of cockroach were noted.
3. Dust application in hard to reach area, area where normal spay con not treat.
4. Inspection of treated areas/follow-up and re-treat as necessary.
5. Create cooperation with the clients for more convenient in servicing throughout the whole areas.
6. Provide recommendation on sanitation to eliminate pest’s harbourage, food source and water supply.

CHEMICAL USE: Deltamethrin, diazinon, imidacloprid (Gel).
